Aurora was paying $284 per qualified demo across Meta and Google. Eight weeks later we had them at $119 with 3.4× higher lead-to-demo rate.
The Challenge
Aurora had run Meta Ads for 4 months with their previous agency at $284 CAC against a $1,800 LTV. Landing page conversion was 1.1%. Pixel was firing, but Conversions API was never installed — meaning Meta was optimizing against incomplete signal. Inbound demos were qualified but rare, and the founder was burning seed runway.
Our Strategy
Phase 1 — fixed tracking infrastructure (Pixel + CAPI + GA4 + offline conversion import). Phase 2 — rebuilt the demo landing page with single-CTA layout, social proof bar, and 3-field form (down from 7). Phase 3 — restructured Meta into 1 Advantage+ Shopping campaign for cold + 1 retargeting campaign with creative-only A/B tests every 2 weeks.

Wrote and shipped 14 ad variations in 6 weeks — pattern-interrupt hooks (“Stop using spreadsheets to run your agency”), specific-number proof (“How Lava Studio booked 47 calls in 30 days”), founder-led UGC. Killed losers fast, scaled the top 3 across 6 audience variants.

Replatformed onto a fast Shopify build (1.8s load), installed Klaviyo flows for email/SMS, set up Meta CAPI + Google Enhanced Conversions. Built dedicated Meta funnels for top-of-funnel acquisition + a Google Shopping campaign for high-intent capture. Created a UGC creator pipeline producing 4-6 fresh ads per week.

The Challenge
Verde ranked outside the top 10 for “physiotherapy KL” and most condition-specific searches. Their Google Business Profile had 14 reviews, no service categories filled, and 3 photos. They had a single-page Wix site that wasn’t indexed properly.
Our Strategy
Rebuilt site on WordPress with 8 condition-specific landing pages (back pain, sports injury, post-surgery, sciatica, etc.) — each schema-marked as LocalBusiness + Service. Filled out every section of the GBP profile (services, products, FAQs, attributes, 60+ photos). Set up a review request flow — automated WhatsApp message 24h after appointment with a Google review link.
Creative & Execution
Wrote 12 long-form articles targeting “physiotherapy for [condition] in KL” keywords. Each linked internally to relevant condition pages and the booking form. Embedded Google Maps + driving directions on every page.

A solo course creator selling a $497 cohort had hit a ceiling at $40K per launch. We built a video-led ad funnel + repurposed YouTube content for organic reach.

Forge had a great course but a leaky funnel — Meta Ads ROAS hovered at 2.1×, sales page conversion was 2.8%, and organic content was inconsistent. Each cohort launch felt like starting from scratch.
